dynamixel_controller : meta controller not starting...

I am following procedure as per tutorial link : http://wiki.ros.org/dynamixel_controllers/Tutorials/Creatingmetacontroller while running " start_meta_controller.launch" It cannot able to detect the joint controller parameters and not initializing it. help me out ?? status I am getting while running " start_meta_controller.launch" : ROS_MASTER_URI=http://localhost:11311 core service [/rosout] found process[controller_spawner-1]: started with pid [10162] process[controller_spawner_meta-2]: started with pid [10163] [INFO] [WallTime: 1414230784.500919] dxl_USB0 controller_spawner: waiting for controller_manager dxl_manager to startup in global namespace...
